This role assists in identifying clients' technical, operational and business requirements before proposing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities and supporting groups, client managers and partners on proposal activities. The position will require an understanding of Pointcore and OSF Healthcare Integrated Solutions process management, technical infrastructure, client business processes and will need to leverage this understanding throughout their process lifecycle. The position is responsible for working closely with the Client Development, Client Management and Client Support Consultants to ensure that our clients' solutions and services are tailored to meet the client's needs while adhering to Pointcore standards and playbooks.

The Client Solutions Coordinator is the support resource of Pointcore's services.

POSITION SUMMARY: This coordinator position is in the Pointcore division, which is the external facing division of Pointcore that provides Technology, HealthCare Technology Management (HTM), Supply Chain Construction and Business Services to external clients.

Starting salary for this position is $76,606 base pay offered may increase based on experience, skills and internal equity.
